Very Merry Martini Recipe

I love a simple cocktail that is delicious and pretty and my Very Merry Martini will not disappoint. The bright red color comes from both cranberry and cherry juice and makes for a nice balance to the vodka and Cointreau that definitely pack a punch! Just mix all of the ingredients and shake with ice before pouring up in a martini glass. I’ve used sugared cranberries to garnish the cocktail, they add a festive touch and are simple to make.

Very Merry Martini

Makes 2

¼ cup vodka

2 tablespoons Cointreau or other orange liquor

¼ cup cranberry juice

1/3 cup cherry juice

Garnish

Fresh or sugared cranberries and a sprig of mint or rosemary

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake 10-12 times before serving in 2 chilled glasses.  Garnish with cranberries and mint if desired

I hope you enjoy the Very Merry Martini and let me know what you think!
