French Food and Wine Workshop

After time spent in Paris deepening her knowledge of wine, Lorie will lead you through an amazing evening of food and wine pairings to rival any Parisian chef’s creation.  We will start with 2 Amuse Bouche: Pear Endive Spears, and Caramelized Mushroom and Onion Tartlets both served with Champagne.  Our starter will be my specialty, Coquille Saint Jacque served with a beautiful white wine.  Our main course will be hearty Boeuf Bourguignon served with Potatoes Dauphinoise all served with rich red wine.  A small cheese course with fresh bread will be enjoyed with yet another red wine before we relish our last sweet morsels.  For dessert, the stunning Pistachio Souffle will delight and because I like to end every meal with chocolate we’ll sample Citrus Dark Chocolate Truffles, to enjoy or to take!
