Viennoiserie is the exquisite laminated dough used in classic French Pastries including Croissant. After studding Viennoiserie at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, Lorie will lead you in hands on instruction where you will learn to make this classic French dough. We will toast the French with bubbly before we get started, mostly so we are relaxed…the dough knows! Viennoiserie is an art form but with Lorie’s straight forward techniques and ample hands on exposure, you will become an expert! Buttery flaky croissants, Pain Chocolate stuffed with bricks of chocolate and luscious Almond Croissant filled with Almond Custard all baked to golden brown perfection. Each student will have their own dough to laminate and bake for eating or taking! This class is truly a one-of-a-kind experience, class size limited, so register early. Class fee $79.00
