I am delighted to offer this one-of-a-kind virtual event just in time for Valentine’s Day. Featuring a cooking lesson with me to prepare an assortment of gorgeous and scrumptious canapés perfectly paired with bubbles. Followed by a tasting with Matthais, a champagne expert direct to you from Epernay, France.

You will learn many details of champagne production and what makes this wine so exclusive and alluring as you are led through a 1-2 or 3 bottle tasting. This is your chance to experience champagne from small producers, hand-picked by one of the region’s leading experts. You will come to understand what makes each label so special as we enjoy our time together.
