I am delighted to offer a one-of-a-kind, virtual event just in time for Valentine’s Day.  Enjoy a cooking lesson with me, to prepare decadent canapés that are perfectly paired with bubbles.  Followed by our visit and tasting with Matthais, my colleague and champagne expert direct to you from Epernay, France.

You will learn many details of champagne production and what makes this wine so exclusive and alluring as you are led through a 1-2 or 3 bottle tasting.

Experience champagne from small producers, hand-picked by one of the region’s leading experts. You will come to understand what makes each label so magnificent as we enjoy our time together.
