When you think about Valentine’s Day, my favorite holiday, what comes to mind?
Love, romance, champagne and chocolate?
That’s what I think about!
Two of my most indulgent vises are Champagne and Chocolate so working these two into our Valentine celebration is a given.
Dom Perignon who first discovered champagne said to his companions “come quickly, I’m tasting the stars!”
I quite agree.

Matthais will guide you through your personal tasting and explain what goes in to producing magnificent champagne. As you gain an even deeper appreciation of this effervescent nectar and this incredible region of France!

We’ll make an assortment of delectable appetizers, known as canapes in France, that pair perfectly with champagne.

Champagne will be flown in from Epernay, France especially for our event, but hurry, registration is now due.
This event is virtual, so you can enjoy it any time after the 11th. You can even host ON Valentine’s Day but you must register NOW to allow wine to ship from France. Wine will be McKinney pick-up.
