Summer Italian Workshop
We’ll welcome the warmth and generosity of the Italian spirit and coastline in our menu full of summer flavors and tons of fun. The day begins with two trending recipes that are completely gramable. Each guest will compose an individual Jarcutierie complete with a lesson on how to make meat flowers, oh so cute! The food play will continue as we fashion a Foccacia Art masterpiece. Just about then, we’ll be hungry for a snack of creamy Ricotta Dip and Processo or Lemoncello Spritz as we move to the main attraction, pasta! Unlock the Italian secret of the BEST Homemade Pasta, as we prepare Pasta Alla Norma, an irresistible dish packed with goodness from the earth. The Pasta will be served with beautiful Heirloom Tomato Panzanella and fresh Roasted Lemon Artichokes that shout, I love summer! For a sweet finish, we’ll craft light as a feather Sicilian Orange Cake and it will be good! Dishes will be prepared and enjoyed family-style on this amazing day in Italy! Class size is limited.
