Let’s Make Pasta 4 Ways!

After working with Italian chefs, Lorie is ready to share all the secrets to creating pasta dishes so good you will want to cry!

We will start the day creating 4 taste tempting sauces using the best from the garden.  First up, Vibrant Roasted Red Pepper Blush Sauce, so luxurious and creamy you’ll be diving back in for more, followed by a true Italian classic Pomodoro Sauce, perfect for anytime and made in a matter of minutes.  Next up, decadent and satisfying Chicken Pesto Sauce dusted with parmesan and last but certainly not least, my favorite, Roasted, Vine Ripened Tomato Sauce topped with zesty sausage, a sauce so thick and jam packed with flavor your tastebuds will sing.

When we have the sauces ready to go, we will get to work making mounds of Fresh Pasta, from scratch the way the Italian mamas do.  Each participant will make pasta so everyone is hands-on! Making pasta requires lots of energy, so to keep things lively, the prosecco will flow with bottomless glasses for this class!!

Once the pasta is ready the tasting fun will begin.  To round out the feast we’ll have a traditional Caesar Salad along with our Pasta Quartet.  And for the sweetest finish, Pistachio Gelato! Wow, will we have a good time!  $115.00
