Forest to Flame: A French Lunch & Learn Join me for a lovely French Lunch & Learn, where we’ll slow

down, savor, and cook our way through a beautifully composed four-course meal—each course paired with wine.

We’ll begin with a silky Marshmallow Tomato Basil Soup, a playful twist on a classic that’s both cozy and bright.

Our main course is flavor-drenched Poulet de la Forestière—tender chicken simmered in white wine and finished

with magnificent Normandy Mushrooms—all served alongside caramelized Roasted Root Vegetables. Plenty of

fresh French bread and wine will also be served.

Next, we’ll enjoy a composed cheese course, a fresh take on the traditional French plateau that feels both elegant

and effortless. For a sweet finish, we’ll make a sun-kissed Passion Fruit Crème Brulé, served with a crisp Pistachio

Shortbread Cookie for dipping and delighting. Before you leave, you’ll also receive a surprise takeaway treat—a delightful

little gift to enjoy later and a sweet reminder of our time cooking and tasting together. Come spend a delicious afternoon

welcoming the first hints of spring, one beautiful course at a time.
