I have been teaching students of all ages for over 16 years. Sharing time honored preparation techniques, the latest findings on foods and nutrition as well as time saving tips is a real passion for me. An Evening of French Cooking- Back by Popular Demand

Join me for an immersive culinary and cultural experience and enjoy an evening of fun, French food, and wine.  We’ll master each dish side-by-side and wind our way through this sumptuous menu so jam-packed with fresh food and flavor your tastebuds will sing.   5- courses to savor and each one will be a delight.  You will learn the formula for crafting a well-balanced menu that keeps the tastebuds engaged all night.  French wine and a cheese course will be served!  As if this is not enough, each guest will prepare a Lemon Tart for Two to be taken home and shared, won’t your loved ones be astounded at your command of the kitchen!

We’ll begin with an Amuse Bouche of Proscuitto Apricots and move to our first course, Gruyere Souffeles, simply Magnifique. Our main course will be Pan Seared Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon with garden-fresh Pistou and served alongside stunning Summer Vegetable Gratin. Next up is a delightful cheese course, with fresh bread and the evening will close with Homemade Ice-Cream, either Strawberry with Strawberry Coulis or Dark Chocolate with Chocolate Ganache, you make your choice when you register and the vote winner will take all!  And don’t forget that take-home Lemon Tart for Two, oh-la-la!
