Herbs de Provence Popped Corn

1/3 cup popping corn

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon herbs de Provence

In a large lunch size bag, put corn, butter, herbs and salt.  Put in the microwave and cook until corn stops popping.  Serve at once.

Herbs de Provence

2 tablespoons rosemary

1 tablespoon fennel seed

2 tablespoons savory

2 tablespoons thyme

2 tablespoons basil

2 tablespoons marjoram

2 tablespoons lavender flower

2 tablespoon parsley

1 tablespoon oregano

1 tablespoon tarragon

Mix all spices together well and store in an airtight container
