Back by popular demand this fun and festive class will take you through an array of goodies perfect for gift giving from your own kitchen, fabulous ideas to gift neighbor’s, coworkers or hostess.  Each recipe will be made and tasted and all while sipping delightful Citrus Crush Cocktails.  Creative packaging techniques will be taught for each recipe so your gifts will dazzle…so fun! Most of the work will be done so you can sit back and soak up the spirit of the season.  The party will begin with stunning Snow Globe Ginger jars, and cupcakes, so sweet.  We will prepare Quick French Bread Loaves that everyone will love especially slathered with Homemade Cultured Butter! We will craft Citrus Vodka, used in our cocktail and the perfect blend for holiday gift giving. Peppercorn infused Olive Oil and Raspberry Thyme infused Vinegar make a great gift duo to liven up winter salads and vegetables.   Chipotle Thyme Nut mix will be a game changer.  Pretty Sugared Orange Rosemary Shortbread Cookies will be a hit along with the gorgeous Date Nut Loaf Cakes. A Day in France- Bistronomy Workshop

Join me for a fabulous class- a day in France.  French bistros have changed over the years, many combining the classics along with gastronomic dishes all at affordable prices.  Bringing an haute cuisine experience to the masses, this movement, now decades in the making is called Bistromomy and will be the inspiration for our class. We will enjoy crafting a French Blonde Cocktail, wine with the meal as well as a cheese course.

For Petit Dejeuner, I will demonstrate Pain Chocolate, always my favorite, served with Homemade Yogurt and Fresh Fruit Compote and honey. 

Le Dejeuner will be comprised of a beautiful Savory Tart and Beet and Goat Cheese Mousse Salad a la Ritz, Paris. 

For diner, 2 dishes; sensational Salmon over Hash wildly elegant and Polenta Ratatouille, both will have your taste buds on high and served with Gougeres Swans! Dessert will be a Bouquet of Roses, a stunning apple tart AND from Stohrer in Paris, Chocolate Cake Stuffed with Cream and more chocolate!

POP UP Dinner Party and Cooking Lesson-Wait list available

Join me for the first time ever for a Fall Dinner Party at my home.  We will have a cooking lesson while enjoying appetizers and a Grapefruit Rosemary Sparkler Cocktail. Relish a gorgeous tablescape set for fall.   Feast on a 4-course meal inspired by my trip to Lake Como this spring, prepared and served by ME!  Wine will be served!  Go home with the recipes and a sweet treat surprise! Weeknight Meals- Sold OUT Taking wait list

Wonderful everyday meals designed to inspire YOU and have your family begging for more! Fresh foods made in a matter of minutes answer the question “What’s for dinner?” To get us in the mood to cook, we’ll start the fun with Red Berry Vodka Spritzers. Our fresh and bright Peach and Blueberry Salad is a great compliment to any dinner.  A meal fancy enough for company, but easy enough for everyday is Succulent Honey Bourbon Pork Loin with Mango Salsa served with irresistible Potato Pancakes. And how about fluffy Honey Butter Biscuits that work with ANY meal? One Dish Wonders are a favorite strategy for busy people.  Just assemble ingredients in a baking dish or pan and slide it in the oven and dinner is served!   Mediterranean Chicken, is one of my favorites, so colorful and drenched with flavor.  Baked Penne with Roasted Vegetable covered in melted, bubbly cheese is a hit! Jazzed up Roasted Potato Nachos are so good you better make extra! Parmesan Green Beans make a great side to any protein.  For dessert we will do a classic, moist White Butter Cake with Fudge frosting, OH MY!  Class fee $59.00
