Chocolate is always in season.  I consider myself a chocolate connoisseur, in fact, I start every single day with a bite of chocolate, why?  Because I am in love with the stuff and it brings me joy!

I have tasted and studied chocolates from around the world for decades, even visiting a cocoa grower! I can’t wait to share all of the tips and tricks you will need to turn out truffles like European chocolatiers.

In this enticing class, we will make Spiced Rum Milk Chocolate TrufflesDark Chocolate Strawberry Tuaca and Extra Dark Cointreau Truffles.  You will learn how to do a quick finish with Truffles that will have you serving them in a matter of minutes and the more complex option of chocolate enrobed.  I will teach you the quick temper method and the enrobing technique favored by French chocolatiers.

In this exciting and entertaining class, you will learn tips and tricks for creating confections that will rival anything in European chocolate shops.  AND you will make them yourself, for a fraction of the cost.
