French Workshop French Bistronomy – 1 Seat Left!

French main course dishes are made with time-honored techniques and all with a fresh twist.  These spectacular recipes are sure to become signature dishes on repeat in your homes.  Combine them for a large meal or do as the French, serve each one alongside a delicious Crispy Gems Salad and you have dinner ready X 4!

In this hands-on class, we will cook together for a fabulous day of camaraderie and learning.  French bistros have changed over the years, with many combining the classics with fresh flavors and new ingredients to create a gastronomic experience like no other.  After all, simple ingredients when prepared well, are both sensational and satisfying.  Our day will begin with an Amuse Bouche of Brie Stuffed Pears En Croute before we dive into my flawless French Onion Soup, loaded with bubbly cheese.  Next up we’ll make our lobster stock for the most luxurious Lobster Bisque you have ever tasted.  Of course, Fresh Baguettes will be made so we can clean our crocks, hey it’s not rude when you’re in France!  We will move on to the fabulous Leek and Mushroom Tart, this rustic example of a traditional French dish will not disappoint, last but not least will be the Marvelous Gruyere and Ham Soufflé Omelet, this beautiful dish is sure to yield some ooo’s and ahh’s because it is quite a showy dish!  We will enjoy French wines paired with each dish a total of 3-4 wines.  Now it would not be France if we did not have a sweet finish and my Lemon Macarons filled with Lemon Curd and Lemon Butter Cream will be something to relish.  Join me in the kitchen for a day of fun, French food, and wine, you’ll be glad you did!
