French Patisserie- Featuring Berries Just in time for Valentine’s Day– Experience the joy of French Patisserie in this hands-on cooking class, where vibrant flavors and elegant techniques come together for a Valentine-inspired class like no other. We’ll use tried and true French methods, and you will learn to create stunning pastries with ease and confidence. Whether you are a seasoned baker or just getting started, this lively workshop will stoke your creativity and passion for patisserie.
Together we will prepare-
Strawberry Lemon Macarons– Delicate cookies filled with Strawberry Buttercream and tart Lemon Curd, the ideal balance of flavors.
Raspberry Madeline– Pretty pink cakes chocked full of raspberry flavor and garnished with white chocolate.
Strawberry Pistachio Personal Tarts will be a show-stopping favorite. The nutty, sweet-tart combination will be a taste explosion.
Chocolate Mendiants Jeweled with Fresh Berries– hand-crafted by each participant, so fun! You’ll learn how easy it is to temper chocolate using a Sous Vide, and chocolate work will never be the same again!
A simple lunch of Vegetable Soup (Pot au Feu) and Fresh Bread will be served.
Each participant will fill their box with our creations- a collection of delicate treats to share or savor.
