I’m thrilled to share something brand new — and a little different — from A Taste of Paris(TM).

When I started this business years ago, it was all about bringing people together around the table. My earliest cooking classes were rooted in that simple joy, helping families slow down, cook together, and savor life’s small, delicious moments.

As my own family grew, my focus began to shift. The classes evolved into entertaining, gathering friends, and creating memorable food experiences, all with a French twist.

And then, much to my delight, those experiences expanded into travel — taking groups to France to connect more deeply with its people, its food, wine, and the French way of life.

I have personally taken hundreds of people to France for small-group excursions focusing on these things.

Now, I feel something stirring again — a strong yearning to reconnect with the creative side of myself, the side that first fell in love with France from a distance. The child who secretly dreamed of designing clothing, the teenager who won countless ribbons for artwork, and the young adult who made so many beautiful things.

Before A Taste of Paris ever began, I spent years in the world of fashion design and product development — sketching, creating, and building collections. Creativity has always been at the heart of everything I do, even when it’s expressed through food or travel.

And so, the next adventure is born: Creative Renaissance in Paris.
