Appetizers with French Flair
Join us for a lively and flavor-packed evening focused entirely on small bites that are bold enough to make a meal. We’ll kick things off with hand crafted Cosmopolitan Cocktails to set the tone for a for a night of cooking, creativity and delicious fun.
We’ll start by preparing Focaccia Bread from scratch, infused with herbs and olive oil, then turn it into the most darling Snacking Board you’ve ever seen. Almost too gorgeous to eat! Next, we’ll make Apricot Comte Palmiers by first whipping up a batch of fresh-made Apricot Jam, sweet and tart that will be used for the filling for our Palmiers, sophisticated, crispy bites of goodness. You will be amazed by Cheesy Puffed Stuffed Mushrooms baked to golden brown perfection. Then a medley of tender vegetables and briny olives will be tucked into our flaky Provencal Chicken Hand Pies. You’ll be amazed by the flavor of Beef and Vegetable Farci, a concoction of flavors that make irresistible bite-sized gems ideal for entertaining. And just to round out this feast, we will prepare seasonal Stone Fruit Chutney to top rich and creamy Brie, striking the perfect balance between sweet and indulgent. For a sweet finish, we’ll enjoy decadent Brownie Bites that will satisfy the most serious sweet tooth.
