Limoncello Spritzer Recipe

Limoncello Spritzer recipe

Limoncello Spritzer

My Limoncello Spritzer cocktail will make you wish summer lasted all year long.

The hot and sticky days make this the ideal time to stir up a simple summer beverage that will transport you straight to the cool Amalfi coast.

Whether you want to cool down or chill out, this cocktail is pretty, festive, and ridiculously simple to make in other words, it’s a winner!

To concoct this refreshing beverage, start with a red wine glass filled with ice. Add about 2 ounces of a good quality Limoncello, over the ice, next squeeze 2-3 fresh lemon wedges into the glass. Top with San Pellegrino, lemon-flavored sparking water to taste.

Make the drink super pretty, by adding a lemon round and a sprig of fresh mint to garnish. If you want to see me mix one for myself, pop over to my Instagram feed!

All you have to do now is sit back and enjoy! I promise, when you are sipping one of these, you won’t mind the heat!
