Sharing time honored preparation techniques, the latest findings on foods and nutrition as well as time saving tips is a real passion for me. A virtual cooking class focused on tried and true family favorites- taken up a notch!

Thanksgiving may look and feel a little different this year, whether you’re cooking for 1 or 20, each bite can be a taste sensation. I took the very best Thanksgiving recipes in my arsenal and bumped the up the flavor and pretty factor. I know you will LOVE this virtual class.

ON THE MENU

The Normandy- a juicy cocktail perfect as a meal starter

Pear and Blue Cheese Salad

Bourbon Pecan Glazed Turkey Breast- with turkey tips for a moist juicy bird

Roasted Mushrooms in Red Wine Butter

Sparkling Wine Cranberry Sauce

Sensational Cornbread Walnut Dressing

Mom’s Buttermilk Pie

Class Fee $39.00

This class is designed to be spectator style.  With about 2 weeks to go before Thanksgiving, I’ll prepare all of the dishes with tips and tricks just like an in person class.

Skill level- beginner/intermediate

Join me on your smart phones or home computers via zoom and watch me cook these amazing dishes.  You WILL want to have the cocktail and salad ingredients on hand so you can enjoy a snack as we cook together.

You must register for this class by sending an email to Lorie@atasteofparis.net OR simply click REGISTER now. Space is limited.

Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation, recipes,  shopping list and payment instructions.  Payments available- Venmo and PayPal (PayPal  has a small service fee), cash or check drop off.

A link to join the class and the recipes will be provided. Can’t attend at the designated time?  Special arrangements will be made so you can cook when YOU are ready!
