Ultimate Appetizers-Holiday Entertaining 2 seats OPEN!

Second class added due to demand! Come to a cooking class that’s like throwing a party without the work!  Join me in the kitchen to concoct crave able appetizers that look more complicated than they are.  Enjoy my fabulous fall Apple Pear Rosemary Martini while we prepare an appetizer feast.  Join in the action or just sit back and watch the show!  We will get the party started with unbeatable Salmon Tacos with Crispy Slaw and spicy Aoli Sauce.  Next up, ultimate Smashed Potato Nachos are a crowd pleaser and Horseradish and Beef Lettuce wraps are a taste sensation.  Everything is better with bacon and that holds true for Blue Cheese Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Mushrooms, oh yes!  For a pretty centerpiece to any fall table, Pumpkin Cheeseball is packed with flavor and served with flatbread. Parmesan Gougeres stuffed with piquant pepper spread is quite possibly the perfect bite!  Savory Marinara Peperoni and Provolone Pull Apart Bread is outstanding.  For a sweet finish we will make Caramel Pecan Shortbread cookies and a childhood favorite Grown-up Rocky Road!  Grab a friend and come on, it is the perfect evening out!  Class Fee $59.00.
