With guidance from the chef\, you’ll learn the techniques\, little tricks\, and confidence-building tips that make this classic French dish much less mysterious—and much more magical. \nThen\, settle in at a beautifully set table and savor a leisurely three-course lunch\, surrounded by good food\, good company\, and a little French flair. \nYour lunch begins with your choice of soup or salad\, followed by your choice of a savory soufflé entrée.
