Ladies Luncheon~Arboretum

Join Lorie Fangio, teaching chef and owner of A Taste of Paris™, for a Ladies Luncheon Feast. Lorie will teach the recipes in this light hands-on class as you enjoy a 4 course meal along with a glass of French Rose wine.  This four course meal will start with precious Tomato Basil and Gruyere Tarts.  Next up the adorable Birds Nest Salad with goat cheese eggs is sure to charm our guests.  For the main course we will prepare decadent Ham Cheese and Asparagus Crepes drizzled with freshly made Hollandaise Sauce, served alongside Ratatouille Rounds.  For a sweet finish guests will enjoy Chocolate Shards and Citrus Shortbread Cookies.
