That’s what I think about!
Two of my most indulgent vises are Champagne and Chocolate so working these two into our Valentine celebration is a given.
Dom Perignon who first discovered champagne said to his companions “come quickly, I’m tasting the stars!”
I quite agree.
Do you have plans for Valentine’s Day?
How about a date night in or a Galantine celebration with 1-2 best girlfriends? Sounds like fun when you add extraordinary food, champagne and of course a bit of chocolate!
My charming colleague Matthais, who’s a champagne expert, will be joining us all the way from Epernay, France where this amazing wine is produced.
Matthais will guide you through your personal tasting and explain what goes in to producing magnificent champagne. As you gain an even deeper appreciation of this effervescent nectar and this incredible region of France!
You and I will cook together!
We’ll make an assortment of delectable appetizers, known as canapes in France, that pair perfectly with champagne.
Cook all or just a few.
On the Menu
Baby Bella’s stuffed with Sweet Potato Mouse
Gorgeous Vegetable Tartlets
Pear Crostini with Blue Cheese and Walnuts

Customize your event by choosing 1-2 or 3 bottle tasting price.
Champagne will be flown in from Epernay, France especially for our event, but hurry, registration is now due.
This event is virtual, so you can enjoy it any time after the 11th. You can even host ON Valentine’s Day but you must register NOW to allow wine to ship from France. Wine will be McKinney pick-up.
A Taste of Paris French inspired events take us to the shores of France, if even just for a virtual visit. And YOU are invited to join me for this exclusive experience like none other.
My first visit to Epernay. I was smitten at first sight! Hope to see YOU on February 11th!
